US Federal Judge Orders Defence To Muzzle Conrad Black
After speaking to the press concerning the testimony of a witness at his fraud trial, Conrad Black has been reprimanded by the presiding Judge."I suggest that you tell him and admonish" him, U.S. District court Judge Amy St. Eve told Lord Black's defence lawyers this week, according to court documents. "If you can't control him ... I'd be happy to do it."
The warning was issued after assistant U.S. attorney Eric Sussman complained about comments Lord Black made after David Radler completed two weeks of testimony as the star witness for the U.S. government last week
