Equalization is Harpers 'Fly Paper'
Our poor Prime Minister is up to his neck in unhappy provinces. Both Newfoundland and Saskatchewan have legitimate complaints concerning the way that federal revenues are distributed to the provinces.
The problem is NOT going away and poor Mr. Harper is stuck to it like flypaper.
Weeks go by and Harper does nothing but 'DITHER'.
Our poor dithering Prime Minister should really do something soon!
